We went to see Auto Lux there, woke up super hungover and ate at some hot dog place. Next day we rode some parks and stayed another night.
Nachos, Beer, and Movies.. another night at Wal-Mart
Then we drove do Grand Island and rode this awesome metal skate park that had a perfect box jump and spine.
Next we drove to Omaha. There weren’t any decent parks there so we rode street for a few hours with this skater and bmx dude that we randomly ran into. We didn’t find much to ride though, mostly because we were getting booted out of spots in less than 5 mins. Clutch was playing there, but I was super exhausted so instead of going to the show we spent our money on a motel room and crashed out. Plus I hadn’t showered for over a week, so I was reaking.
Then we drove to Des Moines, Iowa. The only decent skate park there was an indoor one that was closed that day, so we rode around and found a few decent street spots. Stayed over there and made the drive to Minneapolis the next day.
On the way we hit up this rad park in Mason City, Iowa. The ramps were all wood, and riding it reminded me of the ramps at Thorsby. Awesome park.
Big quarter.. can't see much else
